This does not cover damage loss or other conditions beyond World Of Wicker’s control such as damage resultant from infestation, negligence, improper handling or acts of God such as wind damage, hurricanes, tornados, floods, fire and any other event due to natural causes.
If a particular product is no longer available, World Of Wicker reserves the right to replace or substitute with a current model of equivalent value.
Cushion's are excluded but replacement or additional set will be offered at a discounted price.
This guarantee does not cover any rights other than those expressly set out above.
The benefit of this guarantee cannot be assigned and does not cover claims for consequential loss or damage.
This guarantee only applies to cane furniture frames and is valid in the UK and Eire only.
To report a fault or make a claim under warranty please e-mail World of Wicker by e-mail with details of your purchase, accompanied by photographic evidence of the fault for evaluation.
The problem will be investigated and if identified as a fault in material or workmanship any repair or replacement will be made at our discretion and any products or defective parts replaced shall become World Of Wickers’s property.
